Through the creative exploration of asanas and pranayamas, I will create a nurturing environment of compassion, tolerance and unity filled with sunshine and laughter. To provide guidance in finding stillness and experiencing happiness within our learned asanas and meditation, I will look to not only within myself and my teaching, but to my students and what they offer me.
I will teach body awareness, self empowerment, strength and flexibility, as well as a path to inner quiet in each young student that I teach.
My love and understanding of yoga will help each child and teen I work with blossom in a peaceful, nurturing, fun and fit environment. Teens especially need help creating a positive and compassionate bridge into adulthood. I know when I am teaching the YogaKids pathway, it comes from my heart.
